Two CBD companies – BIOTA Biosciences and Homero Copr DBA Natures CBD Oil Distribution – were issued warnings by the FDA for violating the FD&C Act.
The companies in question were advertising and distributing CBD products under as-of-yet unsubstantiated claims.
