While there are many customer reviews on the Green Roads website, we were also able to find another 23 elsewhere online. Based on this feedback, the company enjoys a 4.2/5-star user rating.
One of the only negative reviews mentions having bought $100-worth of the CBD gummies from a retailer, only to find the products were expired. They also complain of being told “oh well” after emailing Green Roads:
We don’t think blaming the company for this experience is fair.
It was the customer’s responsibility to check the expiry date before making her purchase at the store, and Green Roads can’t be expected to refund or replace products that weren’t bought directly from them.
Other reviews are overwhelmingly positive.
