Almost all of the customer product reviews displayed on the Medix CBD website are 5/5 stars.
However, we like to look elsewhere too because you never know when a company is removing bad reviews!
The only place we could find other reviews was via the company’s Facebook page.
Based on the 51 reviews we found, customers rate the company an average of 4.3/5 stars.
It seems King57’s 3-day vape cartridge delivery wasn’t everyone’s experience… Katie says after nearly a month, her order was still showing as “processing,” and she couldn’t get hold of the company at all.
She ended up passing the issue onto her credit card company:
Bar had a very similar experience, saying she was waiting for weeks for her vape cartridge to arrive. She was very frustrated by the fact Medix CBD didn’t have any way for her to track her order – and she was never able to get hold of their customer service team:
